Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or when additional order verification is needed.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to selected countries and regions shown at checkout. If your destination is not available at checkout, we are not able to ship to that location at this time.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping when your order meets the qualifying order value shown at checkout.

Delivery time

Delivery time varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in shipping notifications are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a package is handed to the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order appears delayed or missing, contact us at zhanghonghe001@gmail.com with your order number. We will help check the shipment status and work with the carrier where possible.
